Come home to our newly upgraded 3 level, 2500 square foot 4 bed/4.5 bath Modern Farmhouse Cabin in Gatlinburg w/Game Room/Theater+Hot Tub. Comfortably sleeping 12 in our smartly designed home where ALL bedrooms are MASTERS-each complete w/full private en-suite bathroom! Gaze peacefully at AMAZING SMOKY MTN VIEWS from our outdoor living room sofa or rocking chairs. Up the Ante TN is a special home minutes from downtown, ideal for 2 or 3 families to get a break from the fast pace of everyday life. A modern farmhouse inspired cabin in the Gatlinburg Falls Parkview community designed for families traveling together that enjoy the creature comforts of home and a smart design aesthetic (upgraded winter '20). An easy drive just minutes from downtown Gatlinburg up gradual hills (not steep twisty drives like other cabins) along all paved roads that will immediately surprise you with glorious Smoky Mountain Views from all directions (including a Space Needle peek from our entry deck). Four master bedrooms all with private en-suite bathrooms and an entire gaming floor including a dedicated 9 person theater! 
 
 
LIVING SPACE: Our great room is on the main entry level and has a full size extended dining table with comfortable seating for at least 10. Additional seating is easily available at the island in the adjacent kitchen. The living room has a large couch (also a pullout), a loveseat and an oversized chair arranged around the safe electric fireplace, 55" 4K Smart TV, blu-ray player and Sonos Beam Soundbar speaker. A half bathroom is available on this level right off the hallway. 
 
COOKING SPACE: The extra-large kitchen has a full size refrigerator and freezer, electric range/oven, microwave, dishwasher and sink with garbage disposal. There is ample storage made available during your stay so you can stock up easily and cook for your friends and family inside or out (charcoal grill available directly next to our entry deck). 
 
GAMING SPACE: We're pleased to offer many fun games and activities during your stay. Grab a drink from the dedicated beverage cooler next to the leather pull-out couch and challenge a friend to any of the great games. We've outfitted the game floor with incredible creature comforts including head-to-head Pop-A-Shot basketball, full size regulation pool table, air hockey, chess/checkers table, full-size Multicade arcade game with 20+ arcade classics, 65" 4K Smart TV with cable and streaming choices. Directly next to the open gaming space you'll find a 9-person, stadium seating theater complete with a projected 125" screen and Dolby Digital THX Surround Sound. Watch your own Blu-ray movie or stream from one of the many services available for access including Netflix 4K, Sling TV, Hulu Plus, Amazon Prime, Plex Media Server. Directly outside on the game floor deck you'll find our new 7 person hot tub with an incredible view of the Great Smoky Mountains and additional rocking chairs for relaxing. Another half bathroom is available on this level right off the hallway. 
 
SLEEPING SPACE: We've outfitted all bedrooms to maximize you privacy, comfort and conveniences. Each room will have a wall-mounted 65" or 55" Roku 4K Smart TVs complete with cable and streaming access, a ceiling fan and individual bedside A/C + USB charging stations. A closet includes hanging shelves, clothing hangers and a luggage rack with laundry basket. Each individually designed bed features a memory foam mattress or topper, a stylish throw, decorative pillows and is fitted with luxurious bamboo blend linens with two pillows per person (including soft and firm choices). Connected privately to each bedroom is a full en-suite bathroom with combination shower/tub with body sprayers and toiletries including complimentary hand-selected body wash and shampoo. 
 
★★★★★ Grand Master Bedroom 1: The spacious grand master king bedroom (accommodates 2 people) is entered on the left and has North and East facing windows overlooking majestic views of the Great Smoky Mountains all the way to the Carolinas. Inside you'll find a comfy wingback chair, individual nightstands and reading lamps - perfect for a late night read and a glass of wine. 
★★★★★ Master Bedroom 2: The second bedroom to your left is also a large master king with windows facing East and South for incredible unobstructed views of the Great Smoky Mountains surrounding Gatlinburg (accommodates 2 people). Individual nightstands flank each side of the bed as well as a plush barrel chair perfect to curl up with a book while the sun sets. 
★★★★★ Master Bedroom 4: The first bedroom to your right at the top of the stairs is a master king bedroom facing West. This bedroom includes individual nightstands on each side of the bed as well as a soft side chair to relax in. 
★★★★★ Master Bunk Bedroom 3: Entering the second room on your right, the kids (or additional adults) get first class treatment in the "bear cave bunk room" where dual full size bunk beds give them ample sleeping room (accommodates 4 people). South and West facing windows give you a view of the Gatlinburg Space Needle along with the Smoky Mountains surrounding downtown. A whimsical tent at the foot of the beds gives the kids a private hideaway and is accompanied by two cozy fur beanbag chairs for maximum relaxing. 
 
The entire home has Mesh WiFi with 75MB down high-speed internet for fast speeds for all of your devices. 
 
PARKING: On-site parking for up to four vehicles directly in front of the cabin is available. 
 
Up the Ante TN Cabin is extremely close to activities for adults or the entire family. Our digital welcome guide will provide you information about the home and the community.

We require a signed rental agreement to fully confirm your booking that will include a copy of your state issued ID. We welcome adults that are 25 years or older. 
Please note there may be active recording devices at the entrance to the property in addition to a security system for our guest's safety and our property. Disabling, blocking or tampering is not allowed and violation is subject to termination of booking and/or fines.
