How close is your vacation rental to downtown and other popular attractions?
We are a short 6 minute drive (>2 miles) to the downtown Gatlinburg strip. Dollywood is an easy 17 minute drive.
How difficult is it to navigate to your home? Does it require driving on steep, windy roads?
NO! That is one of the many things we love about our home - compared to many in the area, Up the Ante TN is easily accessible without treacherous, steep and winding roads. All roads in our community are paved and fully maintained year round for your safety and ease of access.
Is there a minimum age requirement to rent?
Yes, we require the booking guest to be 25.
What are your check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is anytime after 4pm; Check-out is 10am.
Do you allow pets in your rental?
Unfortunately we are unable to accept any pets at our vacation rental home, as it is prohibited in the community. However, we are proud to offer our home as a dander-free environment, which makes it an ideal option for guests who are allergic to pets or simply prefer an animal-free accommodation.
Do you have reliable WiFi?
Yes! Our WiFi is rated at ~300Mbs and provided via fiber optic cable. We have a full mesh system across the home to ensure you have great connectivity throughout your stay.
We have never been to the area before, can you help with ideas or restaurants?
YES, absolutely! Once you book with us, you will receive a detailed digital guide full of helpful recommendations and our favorite local spots. We love helping our guests have the best experience in Gatlinburg as possible!
Do you provide bedding?
Yes - we are pleased to outfit all bedrooms with luxury bamboo blend linens (sheets, duvet comforter with down comforter, pillow and pillowcases for your stay).
Do you provide towels & toiletries?
Yes. we provide bath towels, washcloths, makeup cloths, hot tub towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
Do you have a grill?
Yes we do. It is a charcoal grilling station that is located in the front of our home. It is the only outdoor fire allowed in our resort. Please bring your own charcoal.
Do you have a pool and hot tub?
We're pleased to offer complimentary access to our community resort pool that is only 1056 feet down the street from our home. Access is seasonal. We have a private 8 person hot tub that provides stunning views of the Smokie- a perfect way to unwind after a full day.
Is parking available for your guests? What about electric vehicles?
Yes, we have 4 spots available in front of the home and a Level 2 Fast EV charger for guests traveling with an electric vehicle.
What is your cancellation policy?
Guest may cancel the reservation at least sixty (60) days before the Arrival Date and receive a full refund. If Guest cancels the reservation less than sixty (60) days but more than thirty (30) days before the Arrival Date, the Total Amount Due will be refunded at 50% unless the property is rebooked at the equivalent rate or better. If Guest cancels the reservation less than thirty (30) days before the Arrival Date, the Total Amount Due (less cleaning and tax) will be forfeited. To protect your stay, we highly suggest guests purchase travel insurance (and ideally CFAR- Cancel for Any Reason).
